found it if you go to the tavern and go to the top left on the main floor you will find a guy with a white white shirt accept  the quest southwest house and there you find the mom

it says I have to pay for it, so I was wondering if it pays for now on all updates or if buy one and have access to all updates.

I tied downloading it but it keep running in to problems like don't trust this and wont download it I tried on both the 64, 86 ones any help is much apricated
